The Z-Purlin Production Flow: Synchronized Precision
Setup & Initiation: The coil is loaded, the strip end is threaded through guides, the leveler, and into the forming section.
Flattening Foundation: The strip passes through the leveling rolls, emerging perfectly flat and tension-controlled.
Progressive Z-Forming: The flat strip enters the Z purlin roll forming machine. Guided with precision, it travels through each roll stand.
