Production process: seamless automation
Phase 1: Material preparation
The parent coil is loaded onto the unwinder. The leading edge of the coil passes through the straightener, and 26 precision rollers gradually eliminate the coil deformation at a speed of 8-15 m/min.
Phase 2: Profile deformation
The flat strip enters the forming section. Through 26 consecutively arranged roller stands, the material is gradually deformed into a trapezoidal, concave or dovetail shape.
